Information for adults
Steffen Höllein is a communications trainer and business coach with certified qualifications and is the managing director of Berlin Realities für Kommunikation und Design GmbH. Since 2019 he has also been teaching young people and children at WvSC with the motto "learn what adults work on through play." His topics here are communication techniques, self-development, agile project management (especially SCRUM) and dealing with ways of thinking and terms of management and leadership, from VUCA to BANI or the challenges of heterogeneous teams and intercultural collaboration.
His experiences in 5 years of training with children and young people: "I am positively surprised by how complex, focused and understanding children are when it comes to absorbing and understanding adult topics, and training for children is the most exhausting working day I know."
