Tue. – Thu. 18-20 August 2026 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Age: 10-16 Only for girls In the Maker Lab, Headquarters A32 Rohrdamm 88 13629 Berlin
Want to design your own website – and explore the full potential of artificial intelligence? In this workshop, you'll develop your own website step by step: from the initial idea, through text, colors, and images, to a suitable design.
You use AI as a creative tool: You get suggestions, formulate prompts, compare results, and decide for yourself what suits your website. Because AI can do a lot – but it doesn't automatically know what's good, right, or makes sense.
Together we'll explore: Where does AI truly help in web design? Where does it make mistakes? When does it save time – and when do we need your own ideas, taste, and critical thinking? You'll learn how to use AI strategically without simply adopting everything.
You'll gain insights into web design, website structure, and the creative use of AI-generated content. By the end, you'll have designed your own website – and have a better understanding of how to use AI creatively and critically.
No prior knowledge required.
Here's what you'll learn:
💻 understand how a website is structured
🎨 Develop your own ideas for design, colors, texts and content
🤖 Use AI specifically for web design, ideation and text suggestions
✍️ Formulate good prompts and improve AI results
🔍 Recognize where AI is helpful – and where its limits lie
🧠 Critically examine AI results instead of simply accepting them
