Nadine Klein heads the INGenius junior research laboratory at the TU Berlin. She has also worked for many years as a women's and equal opportunities officer, trainer, coach and mediator. She originally studied transport at the TU Berlin with a focus on air traffic and rail operations.

Dennis Schüler is the project manager of the MINT Heroines and coordinates the events and workshops. He studied mathematics and sports to become a teacher at the University of Vechta and is very knowledgeable about teaching, schools and pedagogy.

She completed a dual degree in business administration before joining the WvSC team in 2020.

Steffen Höllein is a communications trainer and business coach with certified qualifications and is the managing director of Berlin Realities für Kommunikation und Design GmbH. Since 2019 he has also been teaching young people and children at WvSC with the motto "learn what adults work on through play." His topics here are communication techniques, self-development, agile project management (especially SCRUM) and dealing with ways of thinking and terms of management and leadership, from VUCA to BANI or the challenges of heterogeneous teams and intercultural collaboration.
